The Department has joined a pilot project aimed at PhD candidates as part of the "Work-Related Stress Assessment" at the University of Bologna, launched by the University in 2023.
The objective is to identify sources of stress to enable the organization to take appropriate action and improve workplace well-being, in line with the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/2008 on health and safety in the workplace.
Participation is voluntary, anonymous, and only requires completing the questionnaire, available in English at this link: https://forms.office.com/e/DaT4X1Ufsb
This is an opportunity for students to share their opinions, needs, and feedback.
Data will be processed in aggregated form, without considering individual questionnaires or reporting aggregated results for subgroups of fewer than ten workers.
For more details on the processing of personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003, please review the University’s privacy notice before starting the questionnaire: General Information on Personal Data Processing — University of Bologna.
The project is led by the Department's Equal Opportunities and Inclusion Working Group, coordinated by Prof. Sara Valentinetti.
