In search of the hidden matter of the Universe.

Dark Matter makes up over 80% of the matter in the Universe: we know that it exists and we can hypothesize some of its properties, but its true nature is unknown. Discovering it is one of the challenges of cosmology and particle physics. Clues are being sought with ultra-sensitive experiments in mines, detectors on the International Space Station and studying collisions at CERN's Large Hadron Collider. Physicists work to create a coherent theory. Will the Universe reveal its secrets to us?
