Euromarine Open Science Day and General Assembly 2024

The latest research on the regulation and resilience of Earth systems is alarming. In this context it is necessary to reflect on how the marine research community can contribute to addressing global ocean challenges. In response to this imperative, the international EuroMarine network (https://euromarinenetwork.eu/) organizes the annual Open Science Day. The event is open to all following registration.

Participants:
The day begins with a high-level scientific session featuring esteemed global experts and showcasing cutting-edge research in the field. Following this, dedicated sessions will highlight the scientific contributions of the members of the EuroMarine network and the projects funded under Horizon Europe.

In collaboration with:
Network EuroMarine, a European network of marine research organizations and institutes which also includes the University of Bologna (BiGeA and DiFA) and the National Inter-university Consortium for Marine Sciences (CONISMA) among its members. The EuroMarine international network promotes, develops and finances training and research opportunities in the field of marine sciences and supports a scientific approach to the development of environmental policies and European environmental governance.
