Four keynote lectures by international experts will provide the broader context for the activities of the Eu-funded ALBATROSS project that aims at delivering novel, innovative and decision making-relevant tools and knowledge which will support the adoption of feasible, effective, and sustainable need-based adaptation strategies into policies and programs in sub-Saharan Africa.
