SHORT DESCRIPTION

It is a laboratory where research and teaching activities are carried out (bachelor in Physics, master's degree in Physics, PhD in Physics) aimed in particular at three-year and master's degree students and doctoral students. Advanced surface microscopy measurements are performed.

In the laboratory there are: an atomic force microscope (NT-MDT) and a scanning system for the acquisition of the surface work function.
