Nobel Prize for Physics 2021, Giorgio Parisi will explore one of the themes that have characterized his scientific career: complexity and disorder. Parisi was able to schematize the disordered behaviors of matter with simple rules, mathematically describing the interactions between the various components. The approaches developed by the scientist analyze a variety of systems, conceptually distant from each other, ranging from magnetic materials to biological and environmental systems.
