ADDRESSING GENDER BIAS IN ACADEMIC ASSESSMENTS
Evaluation and selection processes are subtly influenced by shared stereotypes regarding the characteristics of women and men. However, strategies or measures can be adopted to recognize implicit conditioning and make decisions that are as fair and effective as possible.
