Communication and Outreach

 OBJECTIVES

The project aims to develop strategies and tools to improve the visibility and recognition of DIFA by promoting its activities to the public, companies, the local area and the scientific community, using different communication strategies.

Overall objectives:
- Strengthen DIFA's capability in raising awareness of society on research activities and science in general;
- Strengthen and expand communication and collaboration networks with companies and entities in the area;
- Raise awareness among DIFA staff of issues and methods of communication of science and technology;
- Expand the media impact of DIFA's activities;
- Strengthen DIFA's strategies for work well-being.

People participating in the project work closely with APPC - Communication Sector and interface mainly with the Department's Third Mission Committee.

SERVICES

The service provides support in creating communication materials and activities for events, seminars, conferences, etc.

It works consistently with the guidelines and best practices disseminated by the University.

Activity list:

- Creation of materials for events, seminars, etc. (posters, leaflets, roll-ups, etc.)

- Support/Briefing  with APPC communication office

- Inclusion of events in the University Agenda

- Request for publishing in UniBO cultura newsletter

- Location search and booking support

- Request for quotes for printing materials or other related activities

- Digital forms for pre-registration to events

- Realization of satisfaction questionnaires
