Why partecipate
To explore a new way of thinking about and sharing science
Program
How can we make scientific data accessible to everyone, regardless of their sensory abilities?
In this interactive workshop, we will explore the theme of accessibility in science, with a particular focus on visual and hearing impairments. Through an experiential approach, participants will be guided through hands-on activities that invite reflection on how perceptual diversity can become a valuable resource in both research and education.
Led by Giovanni Liuzzi, a psychologist specialising in accessibility and sensory disabilities, and Anita Zanella, an astronomer, the workshop will provide practical tools to rethink the ways we observe, interpret, and share science.
